Still enjoying life to the fullest, Ann Shour passed away on December 28th, 2025, at the age of ninety-five. Following a stroke, she faced her infirmity and aphasia with frustration, yet never stopped savouring the happy moments in her life. She was always determined to present her best self and remained deeply appreciative of what she had. Beloved wife of the late Peter Shour, whom she never stopped missing. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Bob and Barbara Shour, April and Tommy Laufer, and Cheryl Shour and Bob Adler. Cherished grandmother of Michael and Lia Shour, Rachel Shour and Eli Javasky, the late Aaron Laufer, Leah Laufer, Eitan and Alana Laufer, Avi and Elanna Laufer, Ellie Adler and Joao Soares, Daniel Adler, Jaclyn Adler and Brett Howell, and Nina Adler. Adoring great- grandmother of Willie, Teddy, Layli, Zach, Aaron James, Shay, Noa, and Lev. Sister and sister-in-law to Joey and Grace Altshuller and the late Bernie and Elaine Altshuller. She will be deeply missed by her dear nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, and all who knew her. Our sincere appreciation to Christie Gardens where she lived under their good care for over ten years, and to her special caregivers Elsa and Vangie.
Shiva will be held at 214 Goddard St. Immediately after the funeral. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9-12 and 1:30-5:30, Friday 9-12. Saturday 7-9pm.
